2.7. Geographical location of collection and storing Personal Data
The website Iuricorn runs on servers in European data regions. Iuricorn’s “Data Region” is a set of data centers located within a defined geographical area where User data is stored.
Personal Data is not transmitted to another Data Regions. For Iuricorn website visitors, all Personal Data of visitors are located in Iuricorn’s European Data Region and all Personal Data is processed in the EEA.
2.8. Processing in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Data Controller and Data Processor
The processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the EU Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 (the Directive), and the implementations of the Directive in local legislation. From May 25th, 2018, the Directive and local legislation based on the Directive will be replaced by the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and our processing will take place in accordance with the GDPR.
Iuricorn processes Personal Data as a Controller and Processor, as defined in the GDPR.
Iuricorn Ltd. which you as a Visitor entered an agreement with when using Iuricorn website as a Visitor, will be the Controller and the Processor for Visitors data. No third party processors shall be involved.
3. Subscribers and Clients of booking appointment
3.1. General
In order to provide online services to Clients, Iuricorn collects certain types of data from you. This section will describe how Clients` data is collected and used by Iuricorn. Data entered or transferred into Iuricorn by Client such as texts, questions, contacts, media files, etc., remain the property of the Client and may not be shared with a third party by Iuricorn without express consent from the User.
In case of a Subscription to Library, Iuricorn will redirect you to the payment processor PayPal or other processor to process your payment – in this case the payment process shall also be the controller and processor of your personal data. Iuricorn will ash for your Name, Surname and e-mail address in order to grant you access to the Library.
In case of Booking an appointment, Iuricorn will redirect you to the booking platform OnceHub. OnceHub will collect certain personal data of you, such as your Name and Surname, e-mail as a mandatory personal data, and your company and mobile phone as not mandatory data. In case you entered your mobile phone number, you will get booking notifications via SMS. A Client will also be able to to enter the Location of the meeting. In this case OnceHub shall also be the controller and processor of your personal data. Note, that all meetings are carried out online via Skype or other similar communications app. Iuricorn will send you the Skype name or online meeting point via email and will be also collecting data about skype names of Clients.
Users are visitors of the Iuricorn website and therefore their Personal Information is collected as described in the previous section. This Personal Information will be used for operating our website, providing our services, ensuring the security of our website and services, maintaining back-ups of our databases and communicating with Clients.
Iuricorn will use Clients’ e-mail and phone number for communication purposes with Clients regarding: subscription, booking, transactions, orders, safety requirements, notifications about safety measures, reminders about the status of orders, transactions, user profile level, and other necessary communication with users. The user will also receive occasional notifications about new token listing and other promotions.
3.2. Geographical location of processing Personal Data
All Personal Data, which will be collected and processed by Iuricorn are stored on servers in European data regions. Such Personal Data is not transmitted to other Data Regions.

Iuricorn processes Personal Data as a Controller, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR:
Iuricorn Ltd. which you as a Visitor of the website entered an agreement with when using Iuricorn’s platform as a Visitor, will be the Controller for Visitors data, as outlined above in “Collection of Visitor data” section.
For Clients7 data, as outlined in the “Subscribers and Clients of booking appointment” section, Iuricorn will be the shared Controller in accordance with GDPR for data, collected via OnceHub booking platform, together with the shared controller OnceHub.
The Subscribers’ Data shall be controlled and processed by a third party Processor – PayPal and Iuricorn shall not have access to any of those data.
4. Retention and deletion of Personal Information
Iuricorn will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained for or as required by applicable laws or regulations.
Every user or visitor can invoke the right be right to be forgotten at any time. Users and visitors can request a list of his or hers personal data. In case you wish to obtain such data send an e-mail to [email protected]. You will receive the list within one month from receiving your request by Iuricorn.
5. Acceptance of these Conditions
